As opposed to the rounding of values and quantities to the nearest decimal place specified, Paradigm can be set to round Customer Document totals down to the nearest 10 cents.
e.g. R49.99 will round down to R49.90.
Navigate to 'Administration' > 'Setup' > 'Companies' and open the desired company.
On the 'Settings' tab under the 'Document Processing Settings' panel, make sure the 'Use Rounding' check box is ticked to enable this feature.
On the same screen, under the 'Decimals' panel, you can set to what decimal place regular rounding will occur for each of 'Qty Decimals' for Inventory Quantities, 'Selling Decimals' for Unit Prices and 'Costing Decimals' for Unit Costs.
