A production line is a manufacturing line or work area where production tasks are performed. Production lines are assigned to production tickets to organise and identify where work will take place. To add a new production line, click New (Ctrl+N) on the toolbar. This opens a new blank Production Line screen.

Here you have to complete the production line's information.
- Enter a Code for the production line.
- Enter a Name for the production line.
Once done, click Save (Ctrl+S). This saves the production line. You can also press Ctrl+Enter to save and close the production line.
